Bridge To Hope is deeply grateful to the Ocean Reef Community Foundation for a generous $50,000 grant supporting our Homestead Food Pantry Hub and Home Food Delivery programs.

This investment will help Bridge To Hope continue bringing food and care closer to families, seniors, and neighbors in deep South Dade, especially in the Homestead and Florida City communities served through the Foundation’s 2026 Community Grants program.

The Ocean Reef Community Foundation’s support reflects something powerful: a community choosing to extend generosity beyond itself. Through its 2026 Off Reef Community Grants, the Foundation is investing nearly $2.7 million in nonprofit work across the Upper Keys, Homestead, and Florida City. Bridge To Hope is honored to be among the organizations entrusted with that support.
